Ride-hailing platform for local mobility

Carrb NG operates two mobile applications, Carrb Rider and Carrb Driver, designed as a localized ride-hailing solution for its market.

Sqaleup Inc. partnered with the Carrb team over an 8-week engagement to stabilize, optimize, and prepare both apps for production release. Our work included resolving critical bugs, improving performance, refining UI and user flows, and successfully deploying both applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Beyond maintenance, we delivered extended UI and functionality enhancements across both apps, improved rider and driver experiences, implemented additional in-app features, built a dedicated OTP authentication server, and expanded the admin dashboard to support user management, trips, and operational control.

The result was a more stable, scalable, and launch-ready ride-hailing platform built to support real-world usage.
